I used this service on August 30, 2024, for a ride from JFK Airport to Manhattan. The driver was on time, polite, and assisted with my luggage. He navigated the traffic smoothly and made the trip stress-free. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a pleasant ride. We arrived at our hotel in about 35 minutes, which was quicker than I expected. The fare was reasonable given the quality of service, and I felt it was worth every penny. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone needing reliable airport transportation. Overall, the service was excellent—prompt, comfortable, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We used NYC Transfer Luxury Airport Car Service for the second time now - leaving New York (Brooklyn to Newark). This time we had Michael as our driver. We were 4 adults, one baby, 7 suitcases and 3 carry-one (!) and he was so kind and patient with us! The car was fully packed yet still comfortable. The drive was quiet, easy and very pleasant. The pricing is fair and transparent, and the service really is above and beyond. We will only be using NYC Transfer for all of our NY visits and I highly recommend their service!
